Refund Policy

AIMT provides immediate access to digital professional education and practitioner resources. Because that material can be consumed as soon as access begins, refund eligibility is limited once course content is accessed.

7-day pre-access cancellation window

If you change your mind before beginning the course, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided you have not accessed substantive course materials or practitioner downloads.

Once course content or downloadable practitioner resources have been accessed, the enrollment is considered delivered and the purchase is final.

How to request a cancellation

Email [email protected] from the email connected to your enrollment and include your name and purchase email.

Billing or access problems

If you were charged twice, there is a billing error, or AIMT cannot provide the access you purchased, contact us. Legitimate billing and access problems will be reviewed separately from change-of-mind refund requests.

Certification

Once the Final Certification Assessment has been started or an AIMT credential has been issued, the enrollment is not refundable.

Abuse

AIMT may deny refund requests involving account sharing, bulk copying or downloading, attempts to consume course materials before requesting a refund, repeated purchase-refund behavior, or other misuse of this policy.

Legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived in the purchaser's jurisdiction.
