AIMT Research & Evidence Standards

AIMT checks sources, the claims drawn from them, and each educational page before publication. Routine material may pass automated checks; higher-risk, unresolved, or flagged material requires human approval. The review process is explained below.

The AIMT review ladder

Research material AIMT works with moves through a governed sequence of stages before it is eligible to inform anything public:

Discovery. A candidate source or reference is identified as potentially relevant. Discovery alone is not verification, and it is not approval.

Source verification. A source's authenticity and publication details are confirmed. Verifying that a source exists and says what it appears to say is not the same as endorsing every claim drawn from it.

Claim verification. Specific factual claims drawn from a verified source are checked against that source directly.

Page-specific synthesis. When a public page is being built around a topic, the relevant verified claims are synthesized into that page's specific content — its citations, its stated scope, and its limitations.

Deterministic publication validation. The synthesized content is checked against a fixed, repeatable standard: every stated claim traces to verified evidence, citations and limitations remain intact, and the material stays within its declared scope.

Clearance. Material that passes verification and validation becomes eligible for public education in one of two ways. Ordinary-risk material that meets every deterministic standard may receive automated clearance without routine human intervention. Higher-risk material, unresolved evidence, material that fails or only partially meets the standard, or material specifically flagged for review is routed to a person and proceeds only after explicit human approval. AIMT approval remains available as a separate, higher-trust human action for individual claims or sources — it is not a mandatory second gate that automated clearance must also pass through.

How cleared evidence becomes public education

AIMT does not publish one page per research paper. Cleared evidence — automated or human-approved — is synthesized by topic into educational overviews written for practitioners, with source citations and a visible sense of the evidence's limitations and context — not a raw feed of individual findings. New research entering the system does not automatically rewrite what's already public: published education content stays under the same standard that cleared it in the first place, and is revisited on that basis rather than changing silently.

What stays private

AIMT's internal research corpus — the full body of discovered and verified source material, and the claims drawn from it — is maintained as a private, working library and is not published or browsable directly. Only material that has completed AIMT's full verification, synthesis, and clearance process ever informs published education content.

Two layers, and a future direction

AIMT's public education content is meant to be search-intent-driven, cited educational synthesis — written for the questions practitioners and prospective students actually have, not a paper archive. Separately, AIMT is exploring a more advanced, member-oriented research and reference experience for working professionals as a future direction. It is not an available product today, and this page will be updated if and when that changes.
